Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, she co-chaired multiple successful fundraisers in her hometown for St. Baldrick’s, an organization that raises money for childhood cancers. Meghan has been playing violin since the age of 5 and because of her love of music, she has volunteered for a non-profit organization in Mississauga that provides free music instruction to children in an after-school social program since 2012. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys creating websites for small non-profits and businesses, and watching hockey with her husband, John. In her new role with HDSA, Meghan is excited to join their growing organization and feels privileged to play a part in supporting the Down syndrome community.
